Myocardial ischemia signs present/absent on electrocardiogram taken in rest state, the number of painless angina pectoris episodes in daily monitoring mode, blood sugar, blood hemoglobin, systolic arterial blood pressure, blood circulation insufficiency degree, acute cerebral blood circulation disorders, gastric and/or duodenal peptic ulcers being available in the anamnesis and beta-blocking agents consumption are the indices to be studied. The indices are used for calculating plasmapheresis application advisability coefficient from a known formula. The value being less than -5.8, plasmapheresis is considered to be administered, otherwise it is not to be applied. The value being found between -5.8 and - 6.2, plasmapheresis is to be administered in the cases of drug-resistant angina pectoris, stable angina pectoris combined with lipid metabolism disorders. EFFECT: avoided unfavorable side effects.
