PURPOSE: A foaming composition for the vibration mass pad of a car is provided, to reduce the streaming-down of a pad and improve the foaming property in low and high temperature and the vibration damping. CONSTITUTION: The foaming composition comprises 40-55 wt% of liquid asphalt comprising straight asphalt and blown asphalt by the mass ratio of 1:2; 5-15 wt% butyl rubber; 35-50 wt% of a filler; 2-5 wt% of a reinforcing fiber; 1-6 wt% of a foaming agent; 4 wt% of a foaming promoter or less; and optionally 10 wt% of calcium oxide or less. Preferably the molecular weight of butyl rubber is 200,000 or more; the reinforcing fiber is polyethylene and has the melting point of 130-150 deg.C; and the filler is a mixture of mica and calcium carbonate by the mass ratio of 1 :1-2. The degradation temperature of the foaming agent and the foaming promoter is 130-135 deg.C.
