PURPOSE: An automatic control apparatus for an insole extruder equipped with a cooler and its method are provided, to allow the insole to be cooled at constant temperature and to produce the insole massively. CONSTITUTION: The automatic control apparatus comprises a bonded fabric sensor(10) which senses the delivery of bonded fabric, converts it into the electrical signal and outputs it; a bonded fabric delivery means(70) which delivers bonded fabric; an encoder(20) which calculates the delivery distance of bonded fabric; a timer(40); a press sensor(30) which senses the up and down movement of a press, converts it into the electrical signal and outputs it; a cooling water circulator(90) which circulates the cooling water; and a control means(60) which controls the cooling water circulator(90) to allow the cooling water to be circulated into the press, and operates the press with delivering bonded fabric by using the bonded fabric delivery means(70) and an encoder(20) and outputs the control signal to allow the bonded fabric to be press molded for some time by a press by using a sensor and a timer when it is sensed the delivery of bonded fabric by the bonded fabric sensor.
