PURPOSE: An absorption type cooling and heating system by absorption is provided to keep temperature of refrigerant vapor which is low relatively to weaker solution, in high temperature and to also keep the entire temperature of mixing fluid of the weaken solution and refrigerant vapor, in high temperature, in order to reduce heat capacity. CONSTITUTION: Coolant vapor from a heat exchanger(5) is heat-exchanged with the portion of which temperature is high relatively to refrigerant vapor without inletting refrigerant vapor into the upper end of a GAX(generated absorption heat exchanger)(7). A combustor is sufficiently in high temperature to reheat refrigerant vapor by using a boiler typed burner and a fin-tube typed heat exchanger as a regenerator. Thus, the refrigerant vapor is reheated by installing a refrigerant vapor heater(101) in the upper part of the regenerator of the combustor.
