PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable flat spring-integrated core consisting of a flat spring and an inverted cup-shaped core securely fixed to each other in which the quantity of expensive rubber to be used is reduced, and provide a method of manufacturing the core. SOLUTION: This flat spring-integrated core consists of a flat spring 1, a ring-shaped outer circumference seal part 2, an inverted cup-shaped core 5, a valve sealing member 6 and a thermoplastic resin ring 7. The flat spring 1 has an outer circumference ring 1A, an inner circumference ring 1C with a center hole, and plural radial arms connecting the outer circumference ring 1A to the inner circumference ring 1C. The outer circumference seal part 2 is made of an elastic body such as rubber and vulcanized/adhered to the outer circumference ring 1A of the flat spring 1. The inverted cup-shaped core 5 has a through hole at its top and a level difference 5B for determining the position of the flat spring 1 and a groove 5C for fixing the flat spring 1 on the outer surface. The valve sealing member 6 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and has a seal part 6A protruding to the top of the core 5 and an expanded part 6B formed inside the core 5 through the through-hole of the core 5. The thermoplastic resin ring 7 is engaged with the groove 5C of the core 5 by heat caulking. |
