PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tightness with a non-metallic net and give no damage in tightening by inserting and hooking a support member in the end edge of the non-metallic net, and sandwiching the support member and the net hooked here on the attaching rib of a support and the attaching rib of a furring strip. SOLUTION: Supports 1 are driven to prescribed positions at prescribed intervals, the rectangular PET net 4 of a desired height is made in the same width as the interval of the supports 1, after FRP-made end support members of respectively substantially same length are inserted and hooked on the four circumstances of the PET net 4, a furring strip 2 is fitted to the upper and lower sides of the PET net 4, the end support member and a net edge are sandwiched by the attaching rib 2a of the furring strip 2, a hook bolt 6 is inserted in a hole part, and a nut is screwed to be tightened and fixed. Next, the PET net 4 with the furring strip 2 is fitted between the supports 1, 1 and the end support member and the net edge are tightened and fixed by the bolt 6 and the nut. In addition, the upper and lower furring strips 2, 2 are fixed by joints 3, 3 to the support 1.
