PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite adjusting and testing system and method capable of dispensing with a number of times of preparation work and decomposing work for using a number of testing chambers, and dispensing with moving a satellite between the testing chambers by executing assemblage of the satellite and a lot of tests in a single testing chamber. SOLUTION: This device comprises a testing chamber 10 having a movable fixture for installing a satellite 12, an entrance port 38 for introducing temperature- and pressure-controlled gas, a vibration device 16 connected to the movable fixture, a sound source 18 installed on the chamber 10, a high frequency test antenna 34 installed on the testing chamber 10, a sun simulator 30 installed in the chamber 10, and an earth simulator installed in the chamber 10 for simulating an angular position and a diameter of the earth for testing an earth detecting device provided on the satellite 12.
