PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device to make it an inexpensive system by directly connecting a 1st controlling means controlling communication equipment and a 2nd controlling means which further controls it and provides required service through a bus. SOLUTION: When an order X is transmitted from a computer part (A) 500 side to a communication controlling part (B) 600 side, deterioration on a communication line about communication between two CPUs is reduced because the CPU-A 501 of the part (A) 500 and the CPU-B 601 of the part (B) 600 are adjacently arranged on one substrate in one package 400. Consequently, the return of a confirmation response signal from the opposite device is unnecessary when a transmission signal is transmitted, and required reliability can be secured in one-way communication. Further, because the computer part (A) and the communication controlling part (B) 600 are directly connected by a high speed bus 700, it is possible to improve communication efficiency between them with rapid progress to simplify software for communication and to miniaturize the device.
