PURPOSE: A crank shaft connecting element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an element having at least partial contact bearing surface for fixing a crank shaft integrally of a combustion engine without removing a stock. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a crank shaft connecting element integrally without removing a stock, includes forming a three dimensional blank shape having at least one ring surface(3a) on a shaft with a cold deformation material, especially a flat steel plate by cold re-shaping, centering the blank shape, forming an element in the shape of ring on the ring surface on a shaft for centering, the element being added with one or more contact bearing surfaces(3) on the shaft later, and forming a stopping shoulder part(6) arranged radially with a material substituted in an axial direction by a cross flowing procedure while the bearing surface is forming.
