PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liq. material coating method and the device therefor with the movement of a needle discharging the material such as a liq. resin controlled and with the discharge of the liq. material from the needle tip measured in the air. SOLUTION: A liq. resin 4 is discharged from a needle 3 and applied on a region 2 to be coated by this method. This method comprises the steps of moving the needle 3 downward to the region 2; discharging an appropriate amt. of the liq. resin 4 with the needle 3 tip positioned above the region 2. and lowering the needle 3 until the liq. resin 4 discharged from the needle 3 tip in an appropriate amt. is firmly held to the region 2 and then raising the needle.
