PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage and overflow of a liquid and to suppress the drying and hardening of a solution and an applicated part to the minimum. SOLUTION: On the bottom surface 14 of elastic housing part provided on an elastic housing part 17, one end of an elastic body 18 is provided and a liquid pusher 19 is provided at the other end of the elastic body. A container top end port 13 and a screw head 21 are provided at a container top end part 12 on a main body 1 of container and a screw head 15, with which one end of a cylinder tube 2 mounting a hole closer 7 at the top end port of the container is provided on a sear cap 3, is mounted to a screw head 16 provided on the main body of container. A knock mounting part 25 is provided at one end of an applicator part converging part 6 equipped with a bellows type elastic body 10, and a projecting part 26 provided on a knock 27 is mounted at the knock mounting part. A screw head 22 of a top end cap 24, where is an internal cap 23, is mounted to the screw head 21 provided at the top end part of the container.
