PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the cost of a bath hot-water and hot-water supplier inexpensive and improve the handling convenience of the same by reducing the number of flow sensors. SOLUTION: When a hot-water supplying cock 4 is opened and hot-water is discharged out of the cock 4, a bath hot-water supplying passage 3 is closed to stop the supply of hot-water into a bathtub 12 temporarily. At the same time, hot-water is discharged after changing the temperature of hot-water discharged out of the hot-water supplying passage 1 from the temperature of hot-water, supplied to the bathtub 12, into the set temperature of the hot-water discharged out of the cock 4. When the discharge of hot-water out of the cock 4 is finished, the bath hot-water supplying passage 3 is opened to re-start the supply of hot-water into the bathtub 12. In this case, the discharging hot-water temperature of the hot-water supplying passage 1 is also returned to the temperature of hot-water supplied into the bathtub 12.
