PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared image pickup device capable of correcting the fluctuation of bias currents due to the self-heating of a thermoelectric conversion element, and sufficiently increasing the amplification degree of a reading circuit. SOLUTION: An infrared image pickup device is provided with plural thermoelectric conversion elements 101 to which bias currents are supplied for converting incident infrared rays into electric signals. This infrared image pickup device is provided with an integration circuit D for integrating the electric signals and a self-heating correcting fixed current source circuit 130 for operating at least one of the extraction and injection of a charge to an integration capacitor 105 provided at the integration circuit D. This self-heating correcting fixed current source circuit 130 supplies correcting currents for correcting the voltage fluctuation of the integration circuit D due to the self-heating of the thermoelectric conversion element 101.
