PURPOSE: A clamp for closing a leakage hole of a pipe is provided to prevent the leakage of oil due to a leakage hole by the breakage on a pipe transferring fluid to an oil refinery of a gas facility and guiding the flow of fluid by an expediency. CONSTITUTION: A leakage hole(22) for the expediency is formed on a pipe(20) guiding the flow of fluid. The fastening part(14b) of a hanging hook(14) in the state of non-assembling is contacted to the outer diameter of the pipe in a clamp for closing a leakage hole of a clamp. And a valve(16) of the clamp is placed on the position facing the leakage hole of the pipe. A bolt rod(18) is rotates by turning an operation bar(19) hung on an operation bar insertion hole(18b) to make the valve face downward. Herein, the valve is combined to the bolt rod by a ball(16a), so the valve does'n't move. If a packing member(17) on the lower end of the valve approaches to the leakage hole, the operation bar is rotated while adjusting the direction of the leakage hole and the packing member to be accorded with each other. Thereby, the leakage hole is closed, and the work is completed.
