PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fiber products that has the high functions and high immunity inhibiting chemical substances toxic to human bodies from intruding into human bodies. SOLUTION: Every step where the fiber material is treated with the chemical substance toxic to human body, the fiber material is treated with the high functional water from the toxic substance removal unit equipped with the high functional permanent electrode mineral (tourmaline) included and with permanent magnet whereby the toxic substances attaching to the fiber material is detoxicated. Further, in the following printing process, the fiber products are treated with a treatment material including high-functional permanent electrode mineral ceramics to detoxicate the fiber material and impregnated with the ceramic components, further irradiated with sunbeams or elementary particle effective rays in the cosmic rays to activate this component and then, are put on the market.
