PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable crash mode at head-on collision time and prevent residual deformation without causing increase of the number of part items or increase of weight. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, a floor cross member 4 extended in a car width direction is bridged to be connected to side members 2, 2 in the left and the right side part extended in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle, and a sub-frame 20 is arranged in a front part lower surface of the side member 2, to fixedly tighten a front end part of the sub-frame 20 to a lower surface of the side member 2 and a rear end part 21b to a lower surface of the floor cross member 4 by bolts 28, 31. In this case, a transport hook 40 is fixedly fastened together with the rear end part 21b of the sub-frame 20 to the floor cross member 4 by the bolt 31.
