PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part washing method and washer therefor which can effectively and surely wash electronic parts, especially a narrow clearance between a chip and a substrate in BGA or CSP. SOLUTION: Nozzles 12a, 12b are arranged opposite to each other interposing a washing jig 13 for holding a magazine 11, in which electronic parts are housed, therebetween. Washing liquid is alternately jetted from the nozzles 11a, 11b to feed the washing liquid into the magazine 11 to wash the electronic parts. On jetting the washing liquid, the nozzles 12a, 12b are brought into contact with the magazine 11 to jet the washing liquid. The washing liquid stuck on the electronic parts is removed by a liquid removing treatment utilizing centrifugal force. The liquid removing treatment is also made for every magazine 11.
