DEAD END CLAMP

PURPOSE: A dead end clamp is provided to support a transmission line without peeling the clad of the transmission line, to remove the necessity of an insulation cover, and to prevent the generation of leakage current. CONSTITUTION: A dead end clamp(500) comprises a main body(10) having a fastener for fastening a transmission line(100). Extension portions(10a) are vertically separated each other and formed on one side of the main body(10). Pins(12) for fixing the clamp(500) to a post(200) are fitted in the extension portions. L shape seat(14) is formed on a front surface of the main body. Tooth type fixing projections(16) are regularly formed on inner peripheral surface of the seat(14). A scrap(18) symmetric to the seat(14) is formed over the seat(14).
