PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loader device capable of automatically carrying in or out a pallet without driving a conveyor or the like on the counter part. SOLUTION: This loader device is provided with a frame 10 capable of running extending from an autoguide vehicle 1 (a first place) to a carriage 3 (a second place), a pinion 30 to run the frame 10 in the carrying direction by meshing with a rack 20 and being rotationally driven, and a motor-driven cylinder (actuator) 40 to move the rack in parallel and run the frame 10 in the carrying direction.
