PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying device capable of preventing erroneous recognition of an original size, and outputting in the desired size by a simple operation, even when the original size is differing from the desired read-out size. SOLUTION: This copying device is allowed, to use an original size selecting sheet 8 in mounting on a contact glass 6. The device is allowed, to cover a section on the sheet exceeding the desired read-out size, by the original size selecting sheet 8 so as to respectively make sensor S1 to S4 possible to be prevented from erroneously recognizing the above as the original section, even if the protruding section such as a tag is riding thereon. In the case of adopting an OHP film for the original size selecting sheet 8, the device is allowed to adopt material that a prospective read size section is made to be transparent, and the section outside thereof is made as a black frame, and moreover in the case of paper, so as to adopt the frame consisting of the frame only. |
