PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject skin lotion having excellent preventing effects on photoaging and suitable for even application to an ecological system by combining a metal chelating agent with an ultraviolet ray protecting agent, an active oxygen scavenger, etc. SOLUTION: This skin lotion contains (A) a metal chelating agent, preferably citric acid, salicylic acid, tartaric acid, etc., (B) an ultraviolet ray protecting agent, preferably 2-ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate, isopropyl p- methoxycinnamate, p-methoxyhydrocinnamic acid diethanolamine salt, etc., and (C) one or more kinds selected from (i) an active oxygen scavenger, preferably superoxide dismutase, mannitol,β-carotene, etc., and (ii) an antioxidant, preferably vitamin As and derivatives, salts, etc., thereof. The contents are preferably 0.0001-5 wt.% of the ingredient A, 0.05-30 wt.% of the ingredient B and 0.00001-5 wt.% of the ingredient C.
