PURPOSE: An optical disk, and apparatus and method for shaping optical disk is provided to perform an accurate reproduction by improving a critical velocity and decreasing a difference of a double refraction ratio. CONSTITUTION: Cooling channels(10a,10b) are located to a upper and lower portion of an optical disk(20). Cooling channels(10a,10b) are formed as a ring form for having a certain width toward an inner circumference from an outmost peripheral side of the optical disk(20). A sprue(30) is installed to a upper portion of the optical disk(20) for injecting a melting resin. A stamper is installed to a mold of an optical disk mold device. A melting resin is injected into an opposed space of the stamper and then the optical disk(20) with a high temperature state is formed. A cooling water flows to cooling channels(10a,10b) and the optical disk(20) is cooled during a certain time, and then the mold is open and the cooled optical disk(20) is extracted.
