PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide short pants for man simple in configuration capable of inexpensively obtaining, preventing skin disease and giving refreshingness in wearing. SOLUTION: A housing bag 7 is formed by attaching cloths 5, 6 on the front inside 1b of the short pants body 1, and sewing together these cloths at the bottom. The bottom of the housing bag 7 is set to separate from the pants bottom 1a and tied with an elastic string 8 such as rubber string or the like. The housing bag 7 is preferably formed from excellent air permeable cloths 5, 6.
