PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the kind and the quantity of a gas to be remained within a bag body after bagging. SOLUTION: A bagging device 1 in which a content is filled in a bag body 4 having an opening part 4a extending in the right and left direction at an upper end, and the opening part 4a is sealed, is provided with a nozzle which is inserted in the bag body 4 from the opening part 4a to fill the content, switching means 9, 10 to switch a flow passage 6 leading to the nozzle 5 between the content and an arbitrary gas, a sealing means 12 to keep the opening part 4a in a closed condition while holding the nozzle 5 when the nozzle 5 is inserted in the bag body 4, a pressing means 13 to press side surfaces of the bag body 4 in the longitudinal direction, and a sealing means 11 to seal the opening part 4a.
