PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar construction of foundation of building wherein when a foundation is constructed field work efficiency can be improved and also construction cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: The reinforcing bar construction of a foundation of building includes base reinforcing bars 14 to be embedded in a footing part 13 of the foundation 12 and rise reinforcing bars 16 to be embedded in a rice part 15 of the foundation 12. Support members 33 are erected to support forms when concrete is placed on the bars 14. Each of the members 33 has a U-shape formed by the reinforcing bars. And the members 33 are provided in such a manner that two members 33 are disposed on one base bar 14 so as to oppose each other across the rise bar 16.
