A handling unit (H) for demolding components (25) has a molding holding member (13) which moves parallel to the parting plane into the open tool area (R), receives a component and then retracts to a transfer position outside the tool closure unit. The holding member swivels around a horizontal axis (h-h) on the handling unit to release the molding.
