A car seat carrying stroller 100 comprises a frame 102 having forward 104 and rear 108 sub-frames movable between use and folded positions, a forward cross member (116, Fig 20) and a push bar 132, a car seat 160 having a shell (162, Fig 5) with a back support (172, Fig 5) and a back tongue (190a, Fig 5) extending from said back support and a leg support (174, Fig 5) with a leg tongue (190b, Fig 5) extending from said leg support. A napper bar 150 extends away from the rear sub-frame and has a locking mechanism (254, Fig 8) for engaging one, or the other, of the tongues. The napper bar is foldable between an extendable and a recessed position. A fold down mechanism 130 collapsably connects the sub-frames to each other, and the napper bar. An adjustable foot rest (120, Fig 3) is slidably mounted on the forward cross member, and is mountable in a first position and a second position. At least one lock adjustment 140 connects the push bar to a handle bar 134, which when loosened allows slidable movement between the push bar and the handle bar. |
