PURPOSE: A fluid-distributing method with a main duct and a plurality of distributor ducts is provided to distribute satisfactorily with lower cost. CONSTITUTION: A fluid-distributor for a substance-exchange column, the fluid-distributor comprising at least one main duct and a plurality of distributor ducts (1). The ratios of L/D are under 0.9, 0.8, 0.7, 0.6. To attain particularly high-quality distribution, the effective length (L) of the fluid-discharge openings (3) is smaller than their diameter (D). The distributor ducts (1) are connected for flow purposes to the main duct and are provided with fluid-discharge openings (3). The cross section of duct is circle or rectangle. The fluid-distributor is made of aluminum or plastic.
