PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play facility for small children which allows players to easily sense a unique feeling which cannot be felt in daily life. SOLUTION: This play facility consists of the main body part 10 and a wall part 20 surrounding a frame 13. The main body part 10 has a flat and nearly rectangular parallelpiped mat 11 stored in the frame 13 and a pressing means 17 to press the mat 11 from outside. The mat 11 is a bag 12 made of a soft transparent urethane sheet which is filled with a liquid material consisting of water and oil in different colors. The pressing means 17 consists of a drive part 18 with a hydraulic cylinder inside and a pressing plate 19 connected to a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. When the hydraulic cylinder is operated, the pressing plate 19 rotates and the sides of the mat 11 are pressed inward from outside, so that the upper surface of the mat 11 will move like waves.
