PURPOSE: A low level pump is provided, having a cavitation resistance improved compared to an existing skill by improving a complexity of a hose and an inlet pipe and a bolt pattern. CONSTITUTION: A pump of a cooling agent for an IC(Internal Combustion) engine includes a pump cavity for storing an impeller for rotating around an axis, an axis of the impeller is positioned as the same axis with a rotation axis of a crank axis of the engine. A pump mobile body includes a first element(10) which is a part of a timing case equipped around the crank axis on the front end of an engine block. The elements(10,14) are permanently sealed along a combination face. Also, the area between two ports(20,24) does not have a cavity(18), is sealed by a web(19) drilled to provide a near clearance around the outer circumference of the impeller. As above, the pump for the cooling agent simplifies a driving by connecting to a gear or directly connecting to the crank axis as not demanding a driving of a belt.
