PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the vibration mode, displacement mode and acceleration mode of the transport package assembled in a unit load by the external force as the numerical values without destruction by providing an excitation device, which applies vibration to the transport package, a displacement measuring sensor and the like. SOLUTION: An excitation device 3 applies vibrations to a transport package 1 assembled in a unit load, and a signal generator 2 sends the signal, which generates the vibration in the excitation device 3 through an antenna 8. A displacement measuring sensor 4 measures the displacement or acceleration of the package 1 assembled in the unit load. A high-speed Fourier transform (FFT) analyzer 5 compares the output of the signal generator 2 and the measured output of a displacement measuring sensor 4 and obtains the transmission function. Based on the transmission function, a modal analyzing device 6 is made to display the dynamic characteristics of the package 1 assembled in the unit load on the FET analyzer 5. For example, by processing animation on the modal parameter, the dynamic characteristics of the vibration, displacement and acceleration of the package 1 are displayed on the image in animation.
