PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed bubbles well in a washing machine which performs washing, while the bubbles are fed into a washing vessel by providing a bubble generating means for feeding bubbles to a washing water in the washing vessel and a comminuting means of bubbles fed to the washing water by the bubble generating means. SOLUTION: When a pulsator 6 is rotated at the time of washing operation, water between a bottom of a hydroextracting vessel 5 and a bottom of an outer vessel 2 is sucked through an inserting hole 27 formed on the bottom of the hydroextracting vessel 5 by a pumping action of a back blade 29 formed on a back side of the pulsator 6, thereafter pushed out to an outer periphery of the pulsator 6 and discharged from an upper rim inside the vessel 5 into the vessel 5. At this time, it is fed to a bubble spouting port 24 through a first and a second feeding pipes 21 and 23 by an air bump for generating bubbles, and discharged in the outer vessel 2. At this time, the bubbles are stirred and comminuted by the back blade 29 of the pulsator 6 for discharging from bubble discharging holes 38... in the hydroextracting vessel 5.
