PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quinuclidine derivative-containing pharmaceutical having an excellent and selectively antagonistic action on muscarine M3 and useful for prevention or treatment of nervous pollakisuria, neurogenic bladder, nocturnal enuresis and the like by including a specific quinuclidine derivative. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical is obtained by including a quinuclidine derivative of formula I (a ring A is e.g. a substitutable aryl or cycloalkyl; X is a single bond or methylene; R is e.g. a halogen or OH; (l) is 0 or 1; (m) is 0 to 3; and (n) is 1 or 2), its salt or its quaternary ammonium salt (pref. e.g. 3-quinuclidyl 1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-isoquinolinecarboxylate). A compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a compound of formula II (Q1 is an eliminating group) with a compound of III in an inert solvent under room temperature to heating temperature. In oral administration, the dosage per adult is 0.01 to 100 mg/kg per day and it is administrated at one dose or dividedly at 2 to 4 doses.
