PURPOSE: A solenoid valve is provided to interrupt the two-way vibration of a plunger by counterbalancing a position where the absorbing power of the plunger is equalized with the restoring force of a spring through the absorbing power of another plunger and to reduce the impact noise generated between the plunger and the plunger cap. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve installs: a spring(18) provided on the upper area in a plunger cap(16) and having a certain restoring force; a plunger(17) inserted into the end of the spring to do the vertical movement in the plunger cap; the plunger cap protecting the spring and the plunger; a rubber packing(19) inserted into the lower end of the plunger to absorb a shock in colliding with an interrupting device for a drain pipe.
