<p>A method for the separation of proteins from a milk product wherein the milk product is mixed with a precipitating agent selected from ethanol and acetone and the mixture agitated for a period of time sufficient to form a precipitate which is subsequently recovered. The proteins recovered include enzymes which are normally destroyed during pasteurization.</p> |
