PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a processing region to reduce an equipment cost by selectively sending a product grasped at a fold by heading forward the fold on this side of a temporary storing device, and discharging the product from one conveyor to the other conveyor along a direct carrying passage. SOLUTION: A conveyor 4 connected to a delivery part is provided with rigging 18 fixed with pinchedly holding tools 3 facing to the anti-carrying direction at regular intervals and endlessly circulating. A product 1 making the fold forward is fed from the rear side to the released pinchedly holding tools 3 at a faster speed than the conveyor 4. The pinchedly holding tool 3 is opened for a relatively short time at taking out the product 1, and closed after transfer. When the product 1 is inserted into a transfer range formed with the conveyor 4 and a transfer mechanism 20 effectively connected for carrying with it, the product 1 carried while previously being hung at the fold is carried while laying the flat free end horizontally on the conveyor belt, and hence the product 1 has a stable attitude at delivery by a transfer mechanism 20.
