<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid for forcing which has a long pot life after being prepd. and can ensure the bonding between a metal member and a vulcanized rubber molding until a certain adhesive power is developed by using a moisture- curable urethane adhesive and a paraffinic process oil as the essential ingredients. SOLUTION: This liquid is used for forcing a vulcanized rubber molding 18 into between metal members 12 and 14. The moisture-curable urethane adhesive is pref. prepd. by reacting a liq. diene polymer having terminal hydroxyl groups, a polyol having at least one hydroxyl group bonded to a sec. carbon atom and a mol.wt. of 50-500, and an org. polyisocyanate compd. in the presence of an ester plasticizer. The content of the plasticizer in the adhesive is about 5-70 wt.%. The paraffinic process oil is compounded in an amt. of about 10-300 pts.wt., pref. 80-150 pts.wt., with 100 pts.wt. moisture-curable adhesive.</p> |
