<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a learning item in an on-line system so as not to lower a rolled material quality by taking the mechanical property into consideration immediately after the change of a roll performed in the past even immediately after a rolling environment is significantly changed such as immediately after the roll is changed. SOLUTION: Every time when the roll of rolling equipment 3 is changed, after a learning item initial value deciding part 7 fetches an applicable learning result obtained through an applicable learning part 6 and removes a peculiar result, while retaining this, by using the applicable learning results for past several times, the tendency of the applicable learning result immediately after the roll is changed is discriminated by either of a smoothing method, an averaging method or a smoothing/averaging method as shown in a prescribed formula and based on this result, the initial value of a numerical model used in a setting calculation device 2 is corrected.</p> |
