PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by providing an operation lever at the tip section of a discharge pipe, automatically rotating the operation lever relatively to the discharge pipe when the discharge pipe is rotated, and holding and controlling the direction of the operation lever to the fixed direction set in advance. SOLUTION: When a discharge pipe 14 is located at the position O protruded forward toward a user, an operation lever 30 is protruded forward toward the user at the tip section of the discharge pipe 14. When the discharge pipe 14 is rotated CCW to the position R, the operation lever 30 is automatically rotated in the opposite direction by the same angle relatively to the discharge pipe 14, and the operation lever 30 is kept at the state protruded forward. Although the operation lever 30 is provided at the tip section of the rotating discharge pipe 14, the operation lever 30 is invariably kept at the state protruded forward even when the discharge pipe 14 is rotated to the right or left, thus the operability when a faucet is used can be improved.
