PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer material the physical properties of which change continuously in one direction and its production method. SOLUTION: In a thermoplastic elastomer material, an elastomer 3 dispersed in a thermoplastic resin 2, and the dispersion density of the elastomer 3 changes continuously in one direction. In a method for producing the thermoplastic elastomer material, a composition in which the fine particles of the crosslinked elastomer are dispersed in the thermoplastic resin is agitated with heating at least the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin and with applying centrifugal force.
