PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handling property and operability of a pulse power type ozonizer. SOLUTION: An inlet chamber 11 equipped with an inlet pipe 11a to introduce source gas is communicated through plural ground conductors 13 with a discharge chamber 12 having a discharge pipe 12a to discharge ozone gas. Each ground conductor 13 is equipped with a high voltage electrode not shown in the figure in the axial position to constitute an electrode unit 9. One or more electrode units 9 are housed in a vessel to constitute the ozonizer.
