PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective balloon that permits an easy lift assurance and easy lift adjustment matched up with the wind velocity, and is easy to tether and move and excellent in cost-effectiveness, operability and safeness. SOLUTION: A plurality of necessary small balloons sized for easy handling are collected and contained in a netlike element to provide a desired size and lift. The collective balloon comprises, concretely, a balloon-like net 1 of a predetermined volume having a small-balloon input opening 2 at its lower end, loading ropes 3 lead from the input opening 2 to bear the gravitational suspension of loads, and a multitude of small balloons 7 charged with helium gas in advance and contained in the balloon-like net 1 from the input opening 2.
