PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a current passage and reduce an electric resistance and a power loss and generated heat by feeding a power from a movable electrode to a conductive body on the load side through a fixed electrode and a flexible conductive body. SOLUTION: A movable electrode 7 is disposed between an earth device 6 and a fixed electrode 5 and is moved in the arrow X1 direction from this position. When the movable electrode 7 is contacted with an earth electrode 39, the earth electrode 39 is pressed toward the movable electrode 7 by a spring 36. When the movable electrode 7 is moved in the arrow X2 direction, it is contacted with a fixed electrode 5 and is also connected to a load side conductive body 9. In this case, a tip end of the movable electrode 7 and the load side conductive body 9 are connected by a flexible conductive body 22. Accordingly, since a power is fed from the fixed electrode 5 to the load side conductive body through the movable electrode 7 and the flexible conductive body 22, a current passage can be shortened and an electric resistance becomes small. Therefore, a power loss, i.e., generated heat becomes small.
