PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system where other telephone sets can receive an incoming call, even when a specific telephone set receiving the incoming call signal (call signal) does not reply within a prescribed time. SOLUTION: This telephone system is provided with a memory, that registers plural transfer destination telephone numbers and a control circuit that transfers an incoming call signal to telephone sets 121, 122 with a telephone number, that is registered in a memory in the case that the incoming call signal addressed to any of the transfer destination telephone numbers registered in the memory is received and transfers the incoming call signal to a telephone set with other telephone number registered in the memory, when there is no reply from the telephone sets that are transfer destinations.
