A device for distribution of liquids and liquid mixtures where the liquid or at least one component of the liquid mixture is stored in one or more underground tank(s) (1), where the liquid or liquids is sucked up and is optionally mixed in a mixing pump (6) with each other or with liquid from another source, such as tap water, before distribution, wherein a vacuum tank (3) is provided in the path of the liquid(s) between the underground tank(s) (1) and the mixing pump (6), and where an inlet for the liquid from the underground tank (1) is provided in or close to the top of the vacuum tank (3), while an outlet for emptying the vacuum tank (3) is provided in or close to the bottom of the vacuum tank (3), so that the vacuum tank (3) has the function of a water lock.
