PURPOSE: A welding method is provided to improve the quality of products by preventing the crack of the basic material and the bronze part occurred due to the metallic heterogeneity of the basic material and the bronze part when rear-welding the bronze part. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of:cutting(11) to cut an annular rod made up of chrome-molybdenum steel as a raw material by a certain length; outer diameter rough cutting(12) to form the circumference of the cut annular rod in a certain shape; deep hole processing(13) to process inner diameter of the cut annular rod; quality examining(14) to examine the quality of the processed product; bottom laying rough cutting process(21) to rough cut the both inner faces of a segment tube(1) in 3 mm of depth; and osmotic exploration examination(21) to examine the existence of crack by rough cutting of both inner faces of the segment tube.
