FAR INFRARED RADIANTS UTILIZING LOESS AND PREPARING THEM

PURPOSE: A radiant is prepared which has a good air permeability and thermal storage property. CONSTITUTION: The loess is dried by air, sintered at 850°C for 2 hours, followed by crushing to 200 mesh. The far infrared radiants comprise 30¯50 weight % of the loess, 20¯30 weight % of sand, 10¯30 weight % of natural mineral powder inorganic solidifying agent and 5¯30 weight % of natural organic solidifying agent. The inorganic solidifying agent comprises 30¯70 weight % of silica, 10¯20 weight % of aluminum oxide, 50¯75 weight % of magnesium oxide, 50-75 weight % of calcium oxide and 1¯10 weight % of residue. The organic solidifying agent comprises 50¯80 weight % of water soluble powder resin, 1¯30 weight % of water and 0¯10 weight % of dispersing agent.
