PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an uncomfortable feeling given to an occupant by a change in an air amount in increasing the amount of air together with a water temperature rise in heating control immediately after an engine start. SOLUTION: This air conditioner controller for vehicle is provided with a water temperature sensor 1 for detecting the temperature of engine cooling water, an air blowing means 2 for blowing the specified amount of air into a compartment according to a control signal, and an air amount control unit 3 for gradually increasing the amount of air blown by the air blowing means 2 following the output temperature rise of the water temperature sensor 1. The air amount control unit 3 gradually increases the amount of air by minimum unit changeable by the air blowing means.
