PURPOSE: An antiferroelectricity LCD(liquid crystal display) and antiferroelectricity composition are provided to improve a switching time and a polarization. CONSTITUTION: In the antiferroelectricity LCD, a liquid crystal layer used in thereof is composed of antiferroelectricity composition having following chemical formula 106; wherein, a = 1 - 16, b = 1 or 2, c = 1 - 4, n, p and r are independently 0 or 1, cyclic A and B are independently member selected from group composed of cyclorohexile, non-substituted phenyl, mono-fluorophenyl, defluorophenyl, deoxyanyl, pyrimidyl, and pyridenyl, X is H or F, Y and Z are member independently selected from group composed of C-C, CO2, O2C and O, and (*) is non-symmetric carbon atom. |
