PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an epoxy resin composition that has improved oil surface adhesivity by using a solid epoxy resin as a base, is molded into a necessary shape at a temperature lower than a thermosetting temperature and surely bonds/packs a necessary amount to a necessary part before a defatting process. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises 100 parts wt. of a solid epoxy resin, 4 parts wt. of a curing agent, 1 part wt. of a curing promoter, 5 parts wt. of an acrylic monomer to absorb oil, 5 parts wt. of calcium oxide, 32 parts wt. of a filler and 10 parts wt. of others. A sheetlike formed product of the epoxy resin composition is laminated to a cold rolled steel plate coated with rust preventing oil. The sheetlike formed product is sandwiched by another cold rolled steel plate coated with rust preventing oil and baked at 170°C×20 minutes. The sandwiched plate is pulled by a universal tensile tester and destruction state is visually confirmed. When seven kinds of the compositions of the acrylic monomer are tested, adhesive strength is in a sufficiently satisfactory level in any of the compositions, the fracture surface is a cohesive failure and the epoxy resin composition is clarified to sufficiently stand practical use.
